How long does shipping take?

 

For all items IN STOCK, please give processing and shipping 5-8 FULL business days.

Though this is the time frame allotted, your hair could come sooner. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that your package has been shipped along with your tracking number.

 

Please allow up to 12-16 business days for all bundle orders that are preordered to process.

(Business days does NOT include weekends or holidays)

 

You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.

   

 

Please do not request tracking information unless 9 business days has passed for wig orders and 16 business days has passed for bundle orders which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after order has been processed.

  

After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping takes between 2-5 days via UPS.

 

 

READY TO SHIP ORDERS

Ready to ship (meaning in stock) bundles,custom wigs or factory made wigs ship out the next business (UPS 2-day Shipping)    

  Any unforeseen delays caused by shipping carrier, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for updates on your order.

 

 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to have every customer fall in-love with their units and bundles. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery

All packages have to be signed for and all sales are final!
